Rolling Radiant Thunder Motorcycle Ministry
Rolling Radiant Thunder Motorcycle Ministry was created under the covering of Pastor Jerry Kennedy, pastor of Radiant Life Church in Keithville, Louisiana. Pastor Kennedy has a motorcycle and he enjoys riding. While fellowshipping with others in the congregation and considering ideas for ministry opportunities, the Holy Spirit led the pastor and others to start a ministry which would reach outside the four walls of the church and into the “Biker World”.
Therefore, in 2007 R.R.T.M.M. was established as a ministry of helps and an opportunity to reach others, by going outside the four walls of the church and doing Gods will. Then, as it is said, “the rest is history”.
The vision of R.R.T.M.M. (under the guidance and leadership of the Holy Spirit) is in the ministry of helps.
1 Corinthians 12:28– And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healing, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.
Our desire is to bring bikers together to build positive relationships and to raise money for ministries as we are led by God. By supporting other biker organizations and being in their rallies we are doing God’s will according to Luke 14:23– And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.
The Lord has instructed us to prepare the banquet table, and as servants of the Lord we must go outside the four walls to bring them to the Lords house of refuge. By attending rallies and supporting other bikers, God will give us the opportunity to minister and build lasting relationships with other bikers and their families. But most of all, R.R.T.M.M. is to Live for God, Ride for Jesus, and to be led by the Holy Spirit.
